The Waynesboro/Burke County Industrial Park is a fully served industrial park with water, sewer, natural gas, and fiber. Directly off of US Highway 25, this site provides four-lane access to the national interstate system. In addition to 150 greenfield acres, this park has a 50,000 square foot speculative building, which is expandable to 350,000 square feet. This building features a 26-foot clear height, and pre-cast, insulated, concrete exterior walls. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems are all build-to-suit, with cross docks and trailer storage available.
